How does the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option work?
“Pay in 3 interest-free installments” allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. Payments for each installment will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card provided at checkout. The first installment will be charged when the order is confirmed by GRANDO I GIOIELLI, and the second and third installments will be 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always track your payment schedule in the Klarna app.
Who is eligible for the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option?
To use the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option, you must be at least 18 years old. Although the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option is widely promoted, it is subject to the user’s financial circumstances. How can you increase your chances of being accepted for the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option?
Klarna is unique and offers the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option based on a number of factors such as order value, order history, and item availability. If you are over 18, you can increase your chances of being accepted by making sure to provide your full name and accurate address, and by using your registered billing address for delivery. All orders are individually assessed. Just because you have used the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option before does not mean you will be offered it for every order; and if you have been denied before, it does not mean you will be denied for all future orders.
What does the user need to provide when making a purchase?
If you wish to make a purchase with Klarna using the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option, you will need to provide your phone number, email address, current billing address, and a debit or credit card number. The mobile number is needed in case we need to contact you. All communications will be sent by email. It is very important that you provide us with correct information, otherwise the payment schedule and any order updates may not reach you.
Will a credit check be performed on the user?
Klarna may carry out so-called unrecorded inquiries (or soft credit checks) that do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor GRANDO I GIOIELLI performs credit checks that could influence your credit score.

Although the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option is widely promoted, it is not always available to everyone. The option is generated automatically by algorithms that depend on a number of factors including address, cardholder details, order total, online store, order history, and item availability.
What payment options are available with Klarna?
Payments for the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card provided at checkout. The first payment will be charged when the order is confirmed. The second and third installments will be charged respectively 30 and 60 days after the first payment. You can always track your payment schedule in the Klarna app.
What happens if you cancel or return the order?
As soon as GRANDO I GIOIELLI accepts the cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments and also refund any amount already paid. The return will be immediately visible in the Klarna app.
What happens if the order is not paid for?
Klarna will attempt to charge the payment for the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option at GRANDO I GIOIELLI to the debit or credit card provided at checkout. If payment cannot be charged on the due date, Klarna will make a second attempt to automatically collect the payment two days later. If this attempt also fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the full outstanding amount, which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna will notify you of the due date two days before attempting to collect payment, and you can always monitor the due date in the Klarna app. If you do not pay on time using the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option, your credit score will not be affected.

Is it possible to pay before the due date?
Yes. Simply go to the Klarna app or log in at Klarna.com/uk to pay in advance.
Was the payment successful?
Klarna will send you an email and a push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when it has been successfully collected, or in the unlikely event that the payment has not gone through. If a payment has been made but no payment confirmation has been received, you can always check the status of the order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk
What happens to your statement after returning goods?
Once GRANDO I GIOIELLI has received the return (partial or full) and you have received confirmation, Klarna will issue a statement with an updated payment plan in the case of a partial return. With a full return of the goods, we will refund all collected payments and cancel any scheduled future payments. You can always monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
You have received your statement but have not yet received the goods.
If you have not yet received the goods, contact GRANDO I GIOIELLI to check the status of your order and its delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the payment due date or place the order on hold in the Klarna app pending delivery.
You have canceled your order. How long will it take to receive a refund?
As soon as the store has registered the cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
You have requested a refund, how will it be made?
Refunds will be made to the debit or credit card originally provided at checkout.
You have not received any email about your statement or payment details.
You can access the Klarna app or the website www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all your orders and information about scheduled payments.
